A fence is the first thing a neighbor sees and the last thing most yards get done right. We build wood privacy fences, picket and shadowbox fences, and post-and-rail farm fencing for the larger lots around Cumming and Milton, with posts set in concrete below the frost line and gates that still swing true a few summers on. Already have a fence? We replace rotted posts and pickets, re-hang sagging gates, straighten leaning runs and stain or seal the whole thing so it lasts. Every job is checked against the survey and the HOA rules before a post goes in.

Our Process

Measure & Check

We walk the line with you, confirm the survey pins and HOA requirements, and mark utilities before anything is dug.

Set the Posts

Posts go in concrete at a consistent depth and spacing, plumbed and strung so the run is dead straight.

Build the Runs

Rails and pickets are fastened with exterior screws, tops levelled and gates hung to swing clean.

Finish & Clean Up

Stain or sealer goes on if you want it, the site is cleared of every offcut, and the old fence is hauled away.
